Hearts of Servants Richardson (HOSR) is a service organization for young men and women in grades 9-12th who attend JJ Pearce or Richardson High Schools or who live in the JJP or RHS attendance zone and attend private schools.  

Initially, Hearts of Servants was a girls-only organization formed in 2013 by Richardson parents interested in helping their daughters understand the importance of giving back to the community while experiencing the rewards of volunteer work. In 2016, Young Men's Hearts of Servants was started for high school boys, and in 2022, both groups were combined to become a co-ed organization.  

We work together to serve our community in Richardson, Texas and the surrounding areas and have recently supported Buddy Up Tennis, Feed My Starving Children, Jewish Family Services, Jonathan's Place, Meals on Wheels, Network of Community Ministries, Rainbow Days, and Take Me Home Pet Rescue.  We are always actively looking for more opportunities to serve.
